Design and construction of ventilation and conditioning system of the bank building required patience, experience and skills. This was due to the fact that the building is located in the heart of Riga (Old Riga) and is a historical and architectural monument. Therefore, all the design and construction works were coordinated with the supervisory bodies. The construction process was monitored closely from the part of the controlling authorities so that it would be carried out according to the project developed and without any exceptions. The result did not disappoint.
